How to Buy!!

If you are a new customer, by creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

Once you are registered on the site, you can now logon to your account from the main site by clicking on "Account" button on the top.

After logging in to the site, you can click on one of the product and add it to the online shopping cart. Once the product is added to the cart, you can continue shopping or you can click on check out to complete the order process.

Once the check out button is clicked, you will be taken to the next page where you will be asked to confirm the shjpping address and go to the next page to select the shipping method.

Chose the option given there and go to the next page to select the payment method.

Payment Method:

We are accepting online payments using your credit / debit card processed securely using our banking partner "CCAVENUE" and we are also delivering products upon realization of the payments made through Cheque/DD/Money Order.

Using Credit card:

After checking out from our site, you will be taken to secure payment gateway "CCAVENUE" and will be asked to enter your bank card details.

Upon verfication, your cards will be processed securely on the payment gateway platform of "CCAVENUE" and all the trasactions carried out are completely encrypted ensuring complete security of your personal details.

Step by step guide:

Step 2: Your account settings

Step 3: Select your product of choice

Step 4: Add to your shopping cart

Step 5: Click on check out and select the payment method (Credit card/Debit Card) and accept the terms & conditions. Then proceed further to our payment gateway to make your payment securely. 

We request all our customers to avoid refreshing the page or pressing back button after leaving our online shopping cart in order to avoid any double charges.

By Cheque/DD:

Kindly prepare the cheque/DD/Money Order towards "Green Gold Animation Pvt Ltd" (with out quotes) payable at Hyderabad.

Once the payments are realized, we will be shipping the selected products at the confirmed address!!

Product shipment is subject to payment realization!! This process normally takes 10 to 15 days to complete from the day or receiving the DD/MO/Cheque.

If you placed your order using credit cards, your order will take at least 48 hours to get processed and will be dispatched upon fund realization from our banking partner.
