These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Green Gold TV mobile application (the “App”) and any related services we provide. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice via the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App provides live streaming of curated children’s programming. All content is streamed; no content is downloadable for offline use unless explicitly stated. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Auto-renewable subscriptions: If the App offers auto-renewable subscriptions, subscription details (title, length, price) will be presented to you in the App before purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.
Billing & management: Billing is handled by the platform (e.g., Apple App Store). You authorize charges to your account for the subscription you choose. You can manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions through your App Store account settings. For refund requests, please contact the platform (Apple/Google) as platform policies apply.
Price & availability: Prices and subscription offerings are shown in the App in the purchase flow. We may change pricing or offers at our discretion for new subscribers; changes for existing subscriptions will be implemented only as allowed by the platform policies and applicable law.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We provide family-friendly programming and have designed the App for children and families. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to request deletion or review of your child’s data, please follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy or contact us at game@greengold.tv. If your jurisdiction requires parental consent for children under a certain age, you must obtain such consent before allowing a child to use the App.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided in the App are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or other lawful reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in India, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time without liability. We will try to provide notice when feasible.
